Tyger River Children's Center had its beginnings in the fall of 2000 as an outreach of Tyger River Presbyterian Church. The Board of Directors began meeting in January of 2001 with the dream of a faith-based program that would bring the love of Christ to the community's children. Since the first class began in the fall of 2002, the Center has developed a reputation as a quality Christian environment with faith-based and educational programs. The mission of Tyger River Children's Center is to provide our growing community with a developmentally appropriate learning experience in a safe, Christian environment that promotes social, intellectual, and spiritual growth.
